Licensed for
Based only on the TDLR license type. Ask what services they offer and where they work.
Assessment and remediation are kept separate
Under Texas Occupations Code section 1958.155, a license holder may not perform both mold assessment and mold remediation on the same project, and a person may not own an interest in both the assessment and the remediation company on the same project. Hire a licensed assessment consultant to write the protocol and a separate licensed remediator to do the work.
Daniel Coll holds both license types. That does not mean they will assess and remediate the same job. Ask which service they are offering on your property and put it in the written contract.
